Celebrating the 40th Anniversary of the University of Macau:
"Alumni Cup - Fencing Competition" was held successfully
In order to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the University of Macau and to strengthen the connection of alumni, UM Fencing Team organized the "Alumni Cup - Fencing Competition". The fencing players of UM alumni were being invited for an exchange competition with the current u-team in Macau Fencing School and it was held successfully from 5-6 Jun 2021. The competition is graded basing on the result of individual event which included Men's Foil, Women's Foil, Men's Epee, Women's Epee, Men's Sabre and Women's Sabre.
After the competitions, the result is as follows:
This was a good platform for alumni and current students in terms of sports and social aspects. Throughout this exchange, alumni shared past experience of their university life with current students. In addition, friendship has been enhanced and they could further build up their network mutually on different areas. All the participants appreciated to have such activity and they enjoyed the competition very much.
