Dear colleagues and students:

The guidelines regarding outbound visits and crowd gathering activities issued by Health Bureau of Government of Macao S.A.R. are updated. Governmental entities and autonomous bodies should evaluate the importance and necessity of the activities. Anti-pandemic measures should be strictly observed when organizing activities that may lead to gathering of people.

In addition, according to Health Bureau's guidelines, all staff who must be in contact with service users during work or share a confined workplace with others are responsible to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Otherwise, the staff should undergo nucleic acid test at least once every 7 days. Arrangement to implement the above guidelines will be announced in due course.

The pandemic of COVID-19 is unstable. Outbreaks were recently found in Fujian Province. All Macao residents are reminded to observe anti-pandemic measures strictly and vaccinate against COVID-19 as early as possible.
