Dear colleagues and students,
Due to the unstable epidemic situation in Zhuhai and Zhongshan of Guangdong Province, Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre advised the following measure which will be in effect on 25 November:
Macao tertiary education students, staff and outsourced staff living in Zhuhai and Zhongshan should undergo rapid antigen test, and may leave home when there is a negative result. The result should also be uploaded and shown on the Macao Health Code. Students should buy the rapid antigen test kits themselves.
In addition, please implement the following preventive measures:
- Do you visit high-risk areas unless necessary.
- All people in Macao should wear masks to cover the mouth and the nose when going out. Smokers should smoke at secluded places.
- People in Macao and those who frequently travel between Zhuhai and Macao should wear KN95 masks or equivalent when taking public transportation.
- People who frequently travel between Zhuhai and Macao should not stay in crowded places.
