Dear Users,

The current version of central database has reached the end of support officially, and it is recommended to upgrade to newer version in order to have long-term support from vendor. Therefore, the upgrade was carried out last week and the first phase of the software upgrade of central database was completed early this morning.

At around 7 a.m., it was found that the unexpected overload issue happened after the upgrade, we immediately allocated more than double resources to resolve the overload issue. All affected information systems were gradually returning to normal by noon. As this upgrade bears upon the overall security and stability of whole system, we will keep monitoring the system status closely and resume the upgrade process these 2 days under stable condition.

Due to the aforesaid circumstance, the administrative information systems which are operated on the central database are affected this morning.
