Dear colleagues and students,
The situation of COVID-19 in Macao is unstable. In order to implement the preventive and control measures effectively, if UM or outsourced staff are listed as confirmed cases, close contacts, 2nd close contacts, persons with common activity track, persons with positive result of rapid antigen test, or in the lockdown area, and the Macao Health Code is turned to RED, please fill in the declaration form below. Students should contact their place of residency on campus or faculty who should then fill in the form for the students.

Related units will arrange cleaning and sanitization in the campus area where persons with red Macao Health Code have visited once the declaration form is received.
