Dear Students,
To provide convenience to our students in monthly parking pass application and enhance efficiency of the application services, the UM Monthly Parking Pass Application System is now available for trial use from 20 January 2022. Students can simply sign in the UM Monthly Parking Pass Application System* (https://isw.um.edu.mo/parkmpapp/) with UMPASS for the following services except monthly pass renewal. Students shall approach the service counters or UM Kiosk for pass renewal and payment as usual.
*Google Chrome and Firefox are recommended for this system

Student monthly parking pass holders should pay attention to the following points for monthly pass renewal:
- When the vehicle owner is the monthly pass holder: the monthly pass can be renewed as usual;
- When the vehicle owner is the spouse or first degree relatives (i.e. parents or children) of the monthly pass holder: student shall submit the proofs of the relationship with the vehicle owner by selecting the tab "Update Vehicle Details" in the "Application Page" of the UM Monthly Parking Pass Application System. The monthly pass can only be renewed upon submission of valid document;
- When the vehicle owner is not the monthly pass holder, or his/her spouse or first degree relatives: student CANNOT renew the monthly pass and should submit the termination application via the UM Monthly Parking Pass Application System by selecting the tab "Termination" and return the monthly pass to the office of the Security and Transport Section (Room N6-3019) or the Security Centre at E7.
