We are pleased to announce that the application for the Ernst Mach Grant--EURASIA-PACIFIC UNINET 2020 financed by the Federal Ministry of Science, Research and Economy (BMWFW) and organized by OeAD-GmbH/ICM in cooperation with Eurasia-Pacific Uninet is now open.

The deadline for the submission of online applications is 15 November 2020.

Eligibility:

Postgraduates pursuing a doctoral/PhD programme at one of EPU's member institutions in China or Mongolia
Post-docs pursuing academic work at one of EPU's member institutions in China or Mongolia

Duration of research period:

Postgraduates: 1-9 months (doctoral/PhD programme only)
Postdocs: 1-6 monthsMonthly grant rate for postgraduates: 1,050 EUR, for postdocs: 1,150 EUR

Grant benefits paid:

Monthly grant rate for postgraduates: 1,050 EUR, for postdocs: 1,150 EUR
Scholarship holders are exempted from paying tuition fees
Scholarship holders from non-European developing countries will also receive a travel costs subsidy of max. 1.000 EUR
