Dear colleagues and students,

Due to the disease development of COVID-19, effective from 13th January 2022 12:00, all individuals who have been to Tanzhou Village, Zhongshan City of Guangdong Province should be subject to self-health management for 14 days from the date of departure. During this period, a maximum of 5 nucleic acid tests should be performed on the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 7th and 12th days. Individuals contravening the measures may be subject to mandatory isolation in addition to corresponding criminal liabilities in accordance with the law.

The Macao Health Code of the staff who have visited that area will be turned yellow. The concerned staff should inform their supervisors/ units immediately and make necessary work arrangement, with reference to the guidelines below.

If you have ever visited "International Flower City" Phase I & II in Tanzhou Village, please contact Health Bureau for receiving medical observation at designated location for 14 days from the date of departure but not less than 7 days.

In addition, to comply with the disease preventive and control measures of the Macao government, and to improve the risk management, venue codes will be posted at designated buildings on campus for the public to record their itinerary effective from 15th January 2022.

All of you are encouraged to download the Macao Health Code mobile App as soon as possible. When entering buildings, please show your Macao Health Code to the security staff, check body temperature and scan the venue codes. The itinerary will be saved in your own mobile phone for 28 days. When there is a confirmed case of COVID-19, you may find out the itinerary easily, and may check if you have ever had the same itinerary with the confirmed case.
