An Intensive Training Camp for UM Men's Basketball Team was held Successfully
The Office of Sports Affairs (OSA) has held an intensive training camp for UM Men's Basketball Team from 18 Jan to 23 Jan 2021 at UM, the training camp was co-organised with Macau China Society of Physical Education and Sport Pedagogy and Macau-China Basketball Association. There was a total number of 24 Men's Basketball Team members joining this training camp.
The training camp aims to create opportunities for UM Men's Basketball Team to have a better team bonding and enhance their sports skills, it includes team building sessions, gym sessions, basketball training sessions, and sports psychology and goal setting classes. A coach from Shanghai University of Sport was invited to be a visiting coach to conduct the training camp. The UM Men's Basketball Team was inspired to show outstanding performance in team bonding and team spirit during the camp, it is expected the UM Men's Basketball Team could perform at their best in the upcoming competitions in 2021.
