澳大廣東話辯論隊舉辦「團隊及自我價值的建立」工作坊
澳大廣東話辯論隊日前成功邀請澳門演辯文化協會，為同學們舉辦為期四日的「團隊及自我價值的建立」工作坊。該協會多年來積極籌辦各項辯論活動，不斷為培育演辯人才、宣揚演辯文化而努力。故此，是次機會對同學們而言，實屬難得。
整個工作坊主要分為四個階段，由淺入深。首先，導師向同學們講解辯論的基礎知識、辯論比賽中不同辯位的功能，以及正式辯論比賽的流程，從而表逹團隊合作及自我價值建立對辯論的重要性。緊接著，同學們收到各自的辯題，並進行分組討論，導師們會從旁給予指導，最後各組需派出一名代表來闡述該組的觀點，導師隨即因應同學表現作出點評，此為第一階段。
在第二和三階段，同學們會預先收到辯題作準備，在準備期間可向導師諮詢意見。訓練當日除了有同學闡述觀點的部分，還有自由辯論的環節，讓同學們從實踐中進一步瞭解辯論賽的流程。
在第四階段——工作坊的最後一天，協會安排了兩場模擬辯論賽。四隊分別以「本澳推行新經屋法房屋政策利多於弊」及「音樂串流平台對業界發展利多於弊」為題，分為正、反雙方進行對決，讓同學體驗正式的辯論比賽。經過一番爭辯，評判就雙方提出的論點、論據、論證，以及個別的失誤或不足之處作出點評，同時亦設有獎勵給予勝方隊伍以示鼓勵，讓同學體驗辯論之餘，更能增添同學對辯論的興趣。
UM Cantones Debating Team Held a Workshop "Building Self-esteem and Working as a Team"
UM’s Cantonese Debating Team had successfully invited the Macau Speech and Cultural Association to hold a four-day workshop on “How to build up self-esteem and working as a team”. The Macao Speech Culture Association has organized various debate activities and promoted debate and speech culture for many years. The workshop is a great opportunity for the students to improve themselves.The workshop was divided into four phases. In the first phase, coaches introduced the basics of debate, and taught the skills of expression and critical thinking. These highlighted the important of teamwork and building up self-esteem. Then, in the practice phrase, students were divided into groups to discuss different motions. Afterwards, they had to present their ideas and the coaches would give them feedbacks for improvement.
On the last day, the association arranged two mock debates for the students.
The motions were “The advantages of implementing the new housing law in Macao outweigh the disadvantages" and "Music streaming platforms do more good than harm to the industry development". The judges made valuable comments for all the participants, and rewards were given to the winning team.The team members found it was a meaningful and rewarding workshop as they were given an opportunity to practice their debate skills, identify their problems and seek for further improvement.
