During the UM Open Day 2019, UM Dragon Dance Team has a chance to perform in the Opening Ceremony of UM Open Day 2019. This year, Office of Sports Affairs (OSA) and UMSU Sports Sub-clubs have also jointly oragnized a total of 34 sports activities, and there were 2,381 participants.
The activities including sports experience (Badminton, Diabolo, Karate, Kinball, Korfball, Squash, Street Dance, Tchoukball, Volleyball, Wing Chun), sports performance (Dragon Dance, Wing Chun), game booth (American Football Club, Badminton Club, Basketball Club, Dance Society, Diabolo Sports Association, Fencing Club, Football Society, Karate Club, Kinball Club, Rock Climbing Club, Tchoukball Club, Volleyball Club and Sports Association), photo booth, open of sports facilities (Table Tennis, Swimming, Foosball Table, Ice Hockey Table, Darts and American Pool) and UM Sports Complex guided tour.
In addition, a introductory session of
“Principals’ Recommended Admission (PRA) for Outstanding Student-Athletes”
was arranged on the day so as to
to promote University of Macau and
let students and teachers in secondary schools have a deeper understanding of this scheme and UM. There were over 80 teachers/students attending the session.
