Dear colleagues and students,

The pandemic situation of COVID-19 in Mainland China and Hong Kong is unstable. The number of confirmed cases are increasing. Severe cases and death cases were found. In addition, there are a few imported cases and asymptomatic cases in Macao recently. The risk of community infection is increasing. If you concern that you may have risk of infection, you may make an appointment for free nucleic acid test through the link below. The result will not be shown on Macao Health Code, and cannot be used for entry or exit purpose at borders.

In addition, Novel Coronavirus Response and Coordination Centre has urgently appealed to those who have not vaccinated against COVID-19 or completed 2 doses should vaccinate as soon as possible. Those who have vaccinated 2 doses and are over 18 years old may have the booster after 6 months.

As announced earlier (link), all staff, students and outsourced staff  should present a proof of completing full vaccination against COVID-19 (that is, 2 doses) for 14 days or a proof of nucleic acid test with a negative result within 7 days when entering the campus starting from 21st February 2022.

Lastly, please be reminded to scan the venue code when entering certain buildings on campus for recording your own itinerary.
