Dear students,
To prevent outbreak of Influenza and to protect our health, Health Bureau of Government of Macao S.A.R. is going to offer free group vaccination of Seasonal Influenza 2021-2022 to UM students (including local and non-local students). If you would like to have the vaccination, please read the important notes below carefully, and fill in the registration e-form by 5th October, 2021.
Date of Vaccination: 10th & 11th November, 2021
Important notes:
1) The responsible unit will inform you the vaccination time by e-mail after the deadline of registration.
2) You must have the patient card (commonly known as gold card) issued by Health Bureau of Government of Macao S.A.R. in order to have the vaccination. If you do not have it now, please apply it at Conde de São Januário General Hospital or Health Centres before registration.
3) As the pandemic situation of COVID-19 is still unstable, you are recommended to vaccinate against COVID-19 first, followed by Seasonal Influenza. Please note that vaccine of COVID-19 and vaccine of Seasonal Influenza should be taken at least 14 days apart.
4) Please seek advice from your family doctor if needed.
