Dear Students,

In order to cope with PGH bed space arrangement for 2020/2021 semester and as approved by Vice Rector (Student Affairs), S1 Hostel shifted the rooms originally for short term accommodation as student dormitory starting from August, hence the short term accommodation is not available anymore.

With this major update, please be aware that S1 Hostel will no longer available for the purpose of oral defense and short term staying. Students who have been approved to return for oral defense will not be affected, and would be able to stay in S1 Hostel in August. Any other short term guests would have to look for other accommodation options.

Students who are not included in the 7th batch of Graduate School list returning to campus or other visitors to UM should arrange their own accommodation.

各位同學︰

因應2020/2021學年研究生宿位的安排，經副校長（學生事務）批准，由8月開始，S1 Hostel原屬短期住宿的房間已轉為研究生宿舍使用，S1 Hostel不再提供短期住宿服務。

因應此項安排，請注意S1 Hostel未來將不再提供短期住宿予因答辯回校之同學或其他訪客。已經被批准回校答辯之同學不受影響，仍可於八月份入住S1 Hostel。其餘短期訪客需自行安排住宿。

不在研究生院第7批名單之內的回校答辯之同學或大學其他訪客需自行安排住宿。
