如何才能找到自己的理想工作 |
How to go for your dream job? There are five steps to assist you in finding the job that you want:
- It's important to know your interest and what you are searching for before you start looking for jobs. It is the prerequisite to finding your dream job. Based on your interest, the job will be more appealing to you, so that you can work happily.
- Set up an email box exclusively for job-hunting. Let your job-related emails be sent to this email box so that they won't get mixed up with your other personal emails and you won't miss out on important job-related emails.
- Customize your resume. Don't use one resume for all kinds of job applications. Spend some time customizing your resume according to the company that you are applying for. Read the requirement of the position carefully, emphasize your related skills and experiences, making sure that your resume shows that you are the person they wanted.
- Learn the art of self-selling which includes selling your thoughts, mindset and yourself. First, you need to make sure that your achievements are listed in your resume, complemented with facts and figures. Don't forget to do this in your interview as well, giving the employer a good impression.
- Use social media and internet resources wisely. You have to visit recruitment websites regularly, official websites and social media (e.g. official WeChat account) should also be on your watch list.

- 求職前，一定要先清楚自己的興趣與追求所在，這是找到理想工作的先決條件。從興趣和喜好出發，所找的工作會更具吸引力，而且你會工作得更快樂。
- 設定一個專用的求職信箱，讓所有有關求職的電郵都寄到這個信箱，才不會把個人信件與求職信件混在一起，因此錯失重要訊息。
- 客製化履歷。千萬不要『一份履歷走天下』，花點時間根據你想應徵企業的要求而修改履歷。仔細閱讀職位的要求，就關鍵技能和對應的職場經驗多做說明，確保你的履歷能充分反映出你是對方需要的人才。
- 學會自我銷售，包括銷售自己的想法、價值和你自己。首先，確保履歷已列出你所有的成就，加上具體事例及數據作輔助補充。面試的時候也需要這樣做，從而給僱主留下良好的印象。
- 善用社交媒體和網路資源。不僅要常常逛求職網站，目標企業的官網、社交媒體（比如微信公眾號）也要常關注。
