Dear Student:

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, only exchange programmes to Mainland China offered by Global Affairs Office and faculties are now opened for application. Programmes to overseas/other regions are suspended. Interested student please be reminded for the following details:

鑑於疫情發展暫未明朗化，因此是次遴選學生程序須按照內地及澳門出入境政策為考慮因素（暫時內地只接受內地及港澳台人士入境）。

Due to the uncertain development of COVID-19 pandemic, the selection process for candidates should follow the immigration restriction and related policies of Mainland China and Macau (currently the Mainland China only allows residents from the Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan for entry).

2. 目前只屬申請階段，參加了2020/2021學年第二學期之交流計劃的學生是否能如期成行，需視乎疫情發展、兩校政策、兩地出入境政策或其他因素，適時決定是否取消或繼續。

Please be reminded that this is the application stage only. Whether exchange programmes of 2020/2021 Semester 2 will continue as scheduled or will be cancelled, it depends on the pandemic development, the policies of UM and partner universities, the immigration restriction of Mainland China and Macau, or other related factors.

- Copy of latest academic transcript
- CV (Photo, Experience, Awards, Personal Skills)
- Learning Agreement (Tentative one is acceptable)
