Dear colleagues and students,

To promote environmental protection, Environmental Protection Bureau has established 6 Centres of Green Points Program in the community. Residents may recycle resources as well as participate in various promotional activities. To enhance UM members' awareness and to experience recycling, Office of Health, Safety and Environmental Affairs cordially invites staff and students to visit the Centre of Green Points Program, with details below:

Date: 13/04/2022
Time: 14:15 - 17:45 (include travel and visit time)
Venue: Rua Inácio Baptista, n.º 6-6A, Edifício Seaview Garden, R/C, Macau
Target and Quota: 30 UM staff and students (Health & Environmental Protection Ambassadors are given the priority)

Content:
  • Guided tour of the facilities in the Centre
  • Proper procedures of recycling
  • Hands-on experience of recycling (participants are welcome to bring recycling materials, including paper, plastic, metal, glass, food waste, old clothes, electronic equipment, etc.)
  • Workshop on recycling
  • Application of membership of the Green Points Program

Registration: Please fill in the e-form by 11 April 2022 --> STAFF / STUDENT

Notes:
1) Shuttle bus will be arranged to take participants between UM and the Centre.
2) Please bring water if necessary.
3) Please wear a mask and have temperature measurement, and show your Macao Health Code on the day of visit.
4) 20 CS of the "Healthy Lifestyle" area of the Whole Person Development Award Program will be given to student participants. 2021-2022 student Health & Environmental Protection Ambassadors will also be given 3 HEP FUN.
5) As the activity will be held during office hours, staff may seek supervisor's approval if needed.
