Dear potential graduates,
Ceremony for the Conferment of Honorary and Higher Degrees 2021 will be held on 11 Dec, 2021. To facilitate the participation of non-local potential graduates and their families to the Ceremony, UM Guest House (N1) is offered for temporary stay.
* Each graduate can apply for maximum of 2 rooms and maximum of 2 nights.
* Check-in date is either on 10 Dec or 11 Dec 2021.
* The latest check-out date is 12 Dec
* Rate for shared room is 400 MOP/night.

Application result will be notified by email on 7 Dec 2021 (no confirmation email received is considered as unsuccessful application). Successful applicants please pay for the accommodation fee in cash / Credit card / WeChat pay / Alipay at the reception of the UM Guest House (N1) upon arrival.
Remark:
1. If you would like to cancel your booking, please submit the request to Student Development Section at least 3 working days in advance prior to the check-in day. Otherwise, accommodation fee of one night will be charged as a special charge.
2. If successful applicant does not show up during the reservation period, accommodation fee of one night will be charged as a special charge.
3. Successful applicants are required to present valid identification document and register their personal details at the reception of UM Guest House. The guest rooms can only be accommodated by registered applicants and their family members. The guest rooms cannot be transferred to any third party.
4. There is no refund for all fees paid.
