1. After negotiating with the supplier, the total cost of a set of undergraduate graduation gown is MOP 360. The set includes a gown, a cap, a hood and a black tie. Students are allowed to purchase single item due to their personal needs. The prices of the items are shown as follow:

1. If students are interested in purchasing the graduation gown, please fill in the form below for reservation. The deadline for submitting the application is 18:00, 18^th Nov 2021. Late application will not be accepted.

2. Graduation Committee will arrange fitting services to students at the university according to the time scheduled below. Students are required to pay on site for confirmation of the order.

3. The fitting services date is from November 19-20, 2021 and November 22-25, 2021. The venue is E31-1013. The detailed timetable for each of the major is shown as follows. Students are strictly required to follow the timetable for the fitting services, exceptions are made only by personal request and reasons will be considered accordingly.

Remark:

• The supplier only accepts group customization, there will strictly be no second chance allowed.
• The google form filled is only for data collection. Successful reservation is completed only via payment during the fitting services.
• Students are required to bring their student card during the fitting services.
• (Only applicable to students who are unable to enter Macau) If students are unable to come for the fitting services, they could submit their measurements according to the information in Annex 1 to the Graduation committee in the google form. The payment could be made by others, along with student’s full name in Chinese and English and student ID number for verification. Bank transfer to the bank account (BOC) of Graduation Committee is also allowed, successful transaction receipts should be sent to the committee email umsu.gradcom@connect.um.edu.mo before November 18, 2021
• (Applicable to students in Macau) If students are unable to come for the fitting services, the measurement treatment is the same as the section mentioned in (Only applicable to students who are unable to enter Macau) above. As for payment, students can ask for help from others to pay for them. The payer must come to the dressing services venue for the payment. No back account transfer is allowed.
