To: All Users

Please be informed that due to the rapid growth of data volume in e.Proposal system, all proposals for 2019 and 2020 have been copied to "Archive Database (2019 - 2020)". Starting from 16 March 2021 (Tuesday), all "Approved" and "Declined" proposals of 2019 and 2020 under "e-Proposals (Unit)" and "e-Proposals (RTO/FMC)" will be removed from the active database.

Archived proposals for previous years can be accessed by clicking the corresponding button located at the bottom part of the left menu bar in e-Proposal system as shown below.
