Deep cleansing your resume
深層清潔你的履歷 |
You get rid of unwanted objects at your home; you may also treat yourself with a deep cleansing mask every week. Why not deep cleanse your resume as well?
- A resume is not the story of your life. There is no need to include everything you have done in the past. Remember, only relevant experiences that demonstrate the skills for the position you applied should stay on your resume；
- Simplicity in formatting is the key. A well-organized resume is like a well-groomed person, you are more likely to interact with him/her; the same rule applies to your resume as well. Keep it simple but unique to stand out；
- Recruiters review tons of resumes every day and you need to make your accomplishments stand out with compelling language. Tell your unique story with strong action verbs and vocabulary；
- Remember, grammar mistakes are like acnes, if you don't want acnes to stay on your face, why should those mistakes stay on your resume?
