The English Writing and Communication Centre (EWCC) of the English Language Centre of the Faculty of Arts and Humanitieswould like to present you the following three academic workshops and one chatroom in this Fall semester:
1. Academic Workshop: Crafting your Personal Statement (PS)
The application season has arrived. This workshop is designed for undergraduate students who need support with crafting their personal statements for graduate school application. It will help them reflect on their achievements and experience in order to write a statement that stands out. Attend this workshop to gain insights into how to effectively incorporate interests, skills, and career goals in your future.

Purpose of this workshop
1. To allow students to gain an understanding of the purpose of PS in postgraduate application
2. To help students to brainstorm and craft a PS for their application
3. To enhance students’ writing ability

* This workshop is for Year 3 and 4 undergraduate students who intend to pursue postgraduate studies at UM and abroad.
* Participants will be awarded 1 Smart Point and 15 CS on “Interpersonal Relation and Teamwork.”
