As cases of 2019 novel coronavirus (2019-Ncov) have been confirmed, to enhance standard precautions and to ensure that availability of face masks in working environment, the Human Resources Section will provide face masks to UM Frontline staff who are working at reception counter, Staff from clinic and Staff in close contact with students for the working days between 3 – 7 February 2020 for the time being.

Details of face mask pick-up:

Office hour of HRS CounterMonday to Thursday : 9:00 to 13:00, 14:00 to 17:45
Friday : 9:00 to 13:00, 14:00 to 17:30
Quantity to be picked upNumber of remaining working days on the pick-up day
(1 mask per day, max. 5 face masks)
Target- Frontline staff who are working at reception counter

- Staff in close contact with students
Document neededStaff card

Staff would need to show the original staff card at Human Resources Section to present for the pick-up and will be recorded in the system. Please bring your own container (such as plastic bag or zipper bag) for storing your face masks.
