Dear Colleagues,
According to the announcement of the Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ) (Attachment 1), all units and staff members are required to comply the following:
(1) Staff members who are currently outside Macao, Zhuhai or Zhongshan, China must return to Macao, Zhuhai or Zhongshan 14 days prior to resumption of duty on campus;
(2)For staff members or their cohabitants who have been to places outside Macao, Zhuhai or Zhongshan after 6th August 2021, these staff members are required to complete the nucleic acid test with a negative result within 5 days prior to resumption of duty on campus;
(3)All units should establish a mechanism to check and record that the staff members have fulfilled the requirements as mentioned above.
On 30th August 2021, DSEDJ will release an online booking platform for free nucleic acid test to be done from 1st to 5th September 2021 at 6 test stations. For this purpose, HRS is now collecting the name of staff members who are required to complete the nucleic acid test, as mentioned in (2) above. Staff members should submit their information by filling out the form (Attachment 2) to HRS (Email: hrs_comp_benefits_grp@um.edu.mo) via their own unit on or before 12:00 pm noon, 25th August 2021.
Note:
Staff members who have been registered in the above list should make an appointment by themselves through the following QR code from 30th August 2021 onwards. Those who are not registered on the list and need to complete a nucleic acid test, they should take the test at their expense and with a negative result prior to resumption of duty on campus.
