Dear Colleagues,
According to the announcement of the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) (Attachment 1), in order to provide convenience for pregnant staff members, HRS is now collecting information of these staff members. After their name list is uploaded to the database by the Health Bureau, they will be able to make appointment for free nucleic acid test.
Therefore, pregnant staff members can fill out the file (Attachment 2) and send it to the Human Resources Section via email at hrs_comp_benefits_grp@um.edu.mo by 12:00 pm, 20 September 2021.
For those who are not willing to submit their information to HRS, they can make appointment with a doctor and get the medical assessment certificate at the vaccination stations, walk-in out-patient department or prenatal consultation department of Health Centers.
