Dear Colleagues,
UM will resume in-person teaching on 7 October 2021. According to the announcement of the Education and Youth Development Bureau (DSEDJ) (Attachment 1), all units and staff members are required to comply with the following:
- Staff members from red and yellow code zones (prevention and control zones) are restricted from returning to campus for work.
- All staff members should avoid cross-border travelling. Cross-border staff members shall return to Macao for temporary stay if conditions allow.
- Everyone entering campus and staff quarters, including staff members, students and visitors, are strictly required to measure body temperature, present health code, wear a mask and pay attention to personal hygiene. If anyone who have fever or respiratory symptoms, they should seek medical assistance immediately and are not permitted to enter the campus.
Besides, according to the earlier announcement dated 30 September 2021 (LINK), starting from 25 October 2021, all staff members are required to present the proof of COVID-19 vaccination or nucleic acid test with a negative result within 7 days.
