Dear Colleagues,
According to the announcement of the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) (Attachment 1), due to the development of novel coronavirus pneumonia epidemic and to reduce the risk of spreading disease, according to the Chief Executive Dispatch No. 110/CE/2021, staff members shall be exempted from work (免除上班) for the period from 5 to 7 October 2021.
Each unit of UM should take appropriate measures according to the needs of the unit and arrange staff members to work in office and record their work schedules, in order to maintain the basic operation.
The purpose for this exemption from work is to reduce the risk of spreading infectious disease. Therefore, in order to fulfill staff obligations, staff members who are exempted from work, should stay at home and avoid going out, unless it is urgent and necessary.
In addition, staff members should closely pay attention to the announcement made by the University.
