Dear Colleagues,

In order to reduce the risk of infection and transmission of the novel coronavirus, starting from 15 December 2022, staff members who accompany their children under the age of 4 to receive COVID-19 vaccine (1st to 3rd dose of Primary Series) may apply for 1 day of justifiable absence on the day of vaccination or on the following day.

Please refer to the attached guidelines from SAFP (Attachment 1) for details.
