Dear Colleagues,

Due to the novel coronavirus pneumonia situation, the University has decided to implement the following work arrangement for all staff members (regular and non-regular) until further notice.
 
  1. Staff members currently in Hubei Province please continue to stay where you are now.
  2. Staff members who have been to Hubei Province in the past 14 days and/or have been in close contact with suspected confirmed cases in the past 14 days are required to declare and their work is subject to the arrangement of the respective unit heads.
  3. Staff members who are currently not in Macao and for various reasons not able to report duty will be considered taking annual leave which will be approved as special case.
