Dear Colleagues,
According to the Chief Executive Dispatch no. 104/2022 and Guidelines from the SAFP (Attachment 1), in order to reduce the risk of the spread of novel coronavirus infectious diseases in Macau SAR, all the public administration departments will continue to remain closed from 27 June to 1 July 2022, except for those departments that provide emergency and necessary services.
The above-mentioned stipulation does not affect the leading officers in arranging staff members to go to work or provide services for supporting epidemic prevention or other reasons in the public interest. During the period of exemption from work, the unit heads can request staff members to return to work at the office or work from home according to the needs of the department.
Due to the temporary closure of the department, staff members who are exempted from work or provide services must fulfill their obligations and comply with the epidemic prevention guidelines of Macau SAR Government. Unless it is urgent or there is a need to purchase essential items, they must stay at home and avoid going out to reduce the risk of virus transmission. Please refer to the attached guidelines for details.
In addition, staff members should pay close attention to announcements of the University.
Thank you for your attention!
