Dear Colleagues,
In view of the latest development of the novel coronavirus pneumonia in the neighboring regions, according to the guidelines announced by the Public Administration and Civil Service Bureau (SAFP) (Attachment 1), all staff members should strictly comply with the following measures during the period from 9 to 31 October 2022:
- When staff members return to Macao from the regions outside Guangdong Province and Shenzhen, they are required to complete two nucleic acid tests (NAT) within three days after returning to Macao. Each test should be completed at least 24 hours apart.
- For staff members who have returned to Macao from the above-mentioned regions for more than 2 days and have never completed the NAT, they are required to undergo a NAT. However, if they have returned to Macao for more than 7 days, they are not required to do so.
- For staff members who travelled to the above-mentioned regions for official purposes, they may contact the Health Bureau for arrangement of free NAT after returning to Macao.
