| Important Notice of Using Out-of-office Notification |  |
- If you have enabled the Out-of-office Notification in Lotus Notes Client, you cannot disable it or modify the settings of Out-of-office in Lotus Notes Web Mail and vice versa before the Out-of-office Notification is disabled.
- Disable automatically at the end of the period specified by the user if you enable it in Lotus Notes Client. If you are using Lotus Notes Web Mail, you need to disable it manually.
- The Out-of-office Notification service sends only one automated reply to each person who sends you mail while you're away, regardless of how many messages the person sends you during that time.
- If you are using Lotus Notes 6.x, the Out-of-office Notification cannot be used anymore. Please feel free to contact ICTO Help Desk (Ext.:8600 Email icto.helpdesk@umac.mo). We will arrange the Lotus Notes upgrade for you.
