Every Wednesday and Sunday, the Enterprise Vault server will start the email archive operation for all mailboxes. After the archive operation has completed, the emails which you haven't accessed for a long period of time (now is more than 18 months) and marked as pending archive  will be archived and changed the archived icon as  . The email content will also be replaced by the “Shortcut” with plain text and the mail size will be reduced as well. |
