ICTO Tips - How to Perform Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)
Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) provides a second layer of security to your UMPASS account. Verifying your identity using your mobile devices which prevents anyone but you from logging in. It is required only when you access UM ICTO service outside Campus Network.

Just few steps to verify your identity:
Step 1) Login with your account and password as usual
Step 2) Use your device with "Duo Mobile" APP installed to verify your identify
Step 3) Use "Push" or "Passcode" as authentication method

(Support the condition with no network connection) |

Step 4) Securely logged in
 All UM systems that use UMPASS authentication as login page will be protected by 2FA service.
