1. Applicants can apply for more than one scholarship and fellowship. Please check the corresponding box(es) for the item(s) you want to apply.

2. Signatures are required for the application and other income forms.

3. If you apply for more than one scholarship, please submit an individual set of documents for each scholarship.
(For example, if a students would like to apply for BCM Scholarship and Manulife Scholarship, he/she should submit two sets of documents.)

4. You only need to submit one set of documents for fellowship (applying for one or more).

5. Please fill in the application form provided by the organization and submit an individual set of documents for the Golden Burger (Macau) Charity Association Scholarship and Fellowship.

6. Eligible scholarship applicants may be contacted by the donating organization for interviews.

7. Please submit the application form together with the required documents to Student Development Section (E31-2006) from May 4 to June 17, 2021 at 3:00pm-5:00pm during working day.

8. Please bring along the original copy of the application documents for verification.

Scholarships: - Banco Comercial de Macau Scholarship - Manulife Scholarship	Information required in addition to the above documents for scholarship application: 1. Original copy of academic transcript - Students should apply for the transcript at the Registry (apply HERE) (It costs MOP55 and takes 2 working days of processing time) 2. Proof of scholarship granted during the past academic year, if any 3. Proof of applicant’s extra-curricular activities, contribution to social services, culture and academic achievements during the past academic year, if any 4. Proof of other awards received during the past academic year, if any
The Golden Burger (Macau) Charity Association Scholarship and Fellowship	Scholarship: 1. Application form 2. ID copy of the applicant 3. *"Family members" refers to all the members who live with the applicant. Members who economically depend on/support the family but are working/studying abroad should also be included.

**"Past 12 months" means from May 2020 to April 2021.
