Workshop “Introduction to the new e-bulletin system release in 2023”
On 30 November 2022, the ACTS of ICTO organized two sections of the Workshop "Introduction to the new e-bulletin system release in 2023". Representatives from the ACTS introduced the features of new system and have the demonstration. A total of 100 colleagues attended the workshop.
New e-bulletin board will be officially launched on 9 January 2023, and the existing application on Lotus Notes will no longer be used. New system provides more features such as issuing bulletin board through web browser anyway, mobile support, draft save, schedule post, etc. In order to be familiar with the new system, the related colleagues are encouraged to take a look of the following materials and have a trial in this month.
