Dear colleagues,

Greetings from the Office of Administration (ADMO)!

As the new year is approaching, we are pleased to announce that a New Consumable Stock System with an upgraded user interface will be launched on 18 January, 2023.

This new system includes the following new features, which enable the requester to:
- Select items by category and view their information such as current inventory, packaging and pictures, etc.;
- Check the status of each requisition form;
- Generate report to know the requisition record of your unit in the past.

For accessing the New Consumable Stock System, please follow the steps below:

Steps
1. Log in the system with your UM ID and password
(Link: https://isw.um.edu.mo/cmst )
2. Click Shopping Cart
3. Search items, input quantity and add to the cart
4. Submit the requisition form
    (input remark or details for direct delivery when necessary)
5. The submitted form will be approved by the unit approver, and then send to PCT for further processing
6. Wait for the pickup notice sent by the system


Meanwhile, please pay attention to the important dates below and the new user guide for your reference and preparation.

Important dates to note:

11 January, 2023Deactivation of existing system

The existing system will be deactivated at 17:45.
All applications should be submitted and approved in advance.
18 January, 2023Official Launch of new system

The New Consumable Stock System starts accepting requests.

Extension of requisition deadline

To mitigate the impact on requester due to the launch of new system, the original weekly requisition cut-off date (18 January, 2023) will be postponed to 20 January, 2023.
27 January, 2023Pickup of requested items

The items (requested by the above deadline) will be ready for pickup.
