Greetings from the Office of Administration!

The Decree Law No. 122/84/M regarding the procurement procedures for the acquisition of goods, services and works of UM has recently been amended by the Law No. 5/2021 with effect from 25 May 2021. For UM to comply with the amendments, when preparing purchase request proposals and award proposals, the Decree Law No. 122/84/M should be quoted according to the following situations:

1. For purchase requests approved before 25 May 2021, the following law should be applied in subsequent procedures and proposals:
EnglishDecree Law No. 122/84/M dated 15/12/1984, subsequently amended by Decree Law No. 30/89/M dated 15/5/1989
Chinese經五月十五日第30/89/M號法令修改之十二月十五日第122/84/M號法令

2. For purchase requests approved on or after 25 May 2021, the following law should be applied in subsequent procedures and proposals:

EnglishDecree Law No. 122/84/M dated 15/12/1984, subsequently amended by Law No. 5/2021 (Regime das despesas com obras e aquisição de bens e serviços)
Chinese經第5/2021號法律修改十二月十五日第122/84/M號法令《有關工程、取得財貨及服務的開支制度》
