Introduction

The Student Development Section provides subsidies to support activities of the University of Macau Students’ Union (UMSU) and the University of Macau Postgraduate Association (UMPA). Subsidies will normally cover only part of the expenses incurred by an activity and will be paid in the form of reimbursement after submitting an activity report and a financial report. Application forms can be obtained from the students’ unions or from our Office (Room 2006, E31 - Student Activity Centre) or download from SAO website.

An activity report and a financial report must be submitted no later than 20 days following the end date of the activity.
Late submission of an activity report and/or a financial report might result in not being able to claim the subsidies approved to the student organization or its sub-organization.

學生發展處提供資助予澳門大學學生會（UMSU）及澳門大學研究生會（UMPA）舉辦活動，以豐富校園生活。資助是以補貼方式發放。學生組織須於活動結束後遞交一份活動報告及一份財務報告方可報銷全部或部分的活動開支。申請表格可於學生會或我們的辦公室（E31 - 學生活動中心, 2006室）索取或於學生事務部網頁下載。

活動報告及財務報告須於活動結束後20天內遞交。

逾期遞交活動報告及財務報告將無法獲得已申請的資助金額。
